Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Tiffany Wells, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric-Mental Health and have dedicated my career to helping clients navigate challenges related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. My approach combines medication management with supportive psychotherapy, and I believe in partnering with my clients to create individualized treatment plans that honor their unique goals, strengths, and values.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where you can feel heard and supported on your mental health journey. Whether you are seeking help for the first time or continuing care, my goal is to empower you toward improved well-being and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is client-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe mental health treatment is most effective when clients are active partners in their care. I work closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, values, and goals.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy, and I place a strong emphasis on education and empowerment — helping clients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and strategies for wellness.

I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions, using a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and culturally responsive approach. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard and respected, and I am committed to promoting both mental and physical well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, respected, and empowered. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your concerns and goals. Together, we will work toward building insight, developing practical coping skills, and finding treatment strategies that truly fit your life.

My goal is for clients to gain clarity about their mental health, feel more confident in managing symptoms, and see meaningful progress toward personal well-being. Whether through medication management, supportive therapy, or psychoeducation, I focus on collaboration and growth, helping you take steps toward healing and resilience at a pace that feels right for you.
