My target audience are Caregivers. As you support others everyday, I want to support you. Parents. Adults caring for aging parents or a loved one with a chronic or terminal illness. Healthcare Professionals.
There are always more things to do- emails, phone calls, cooking, cleaning, etc. Every human being needs rest and just be. You’ve found it! A judgment free zone to come as you are; to be well, to serve well!
I aim to be a listening ear, without judgment, validating with well-timed challenges to think a bit deeper and breathe out a bit longer. I will offer reflections as well as reframes (re-wording your thought to offer a different perspective). Therapy does take work- and most of it is done in between sessions.
My hope is that together we can create a space that inspires and motivates you. A space that is sacred and trusted enough to share your secrets and know that you will only get warmth, respect, and acceptance in return. By the end of our time together, I hope you are able to hear and honor your own inner wisdom as a guide to maintain treatment gains.
