Great to meet you!

I know that you expected your life to be fulfilling and enjoyable, but instead you just feel tired, discouraged, anxious, and stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe you avoid conflict in your marriage just to keep the peace, going through the motions in public while feeling disconnected in private. Or perhaps the weight of stress, a job you don’t enjoy, or a sense of being stuck has drained the energy and meaning from your life.

Deep down, you want to laugh again, feel close to your partner, and truly be teammates instead of adversaries. You don’t have to settle for this version of your life or your marriage—change is possible, and something better is within reach.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or worn down by stress, conflict, or life transitions. Many of my clients come in feeling like they’re just going through the motions—whether in their marriage, their work, or their day-to-day life—and want something to change but aren’t sure how to get there.

My approach is practical, direct, and focused on helping you create real movement. In our work together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, improve communication, rebuild trust, and develop tools you can actually use outside of sessions. I aim to create a space where you can be honest, challenged, and supported at the same time.

For couples, I help partners move out of cycles of conflict or avoidance and back toward connection, teamwork, and intimacy. For individuals, I focus on reducing stress, increasing clarity, and helping you build a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who you want to be.

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about making changes that help you feel better, relate better, and live better.

What you can expect from me

In our first session or two, you can expect a structured but relaxed conversation where I get to understand what’s been going on and what you want to be different. We’ll talk through your current challenges, patterns you’ve noticed, and what hasn’t been working so far—whether that’s in your relationship, your work, or other areas of life that impact your overall stress level.

I’ll ask questions to help clarify what’s keeping you stuck, and we’ll begin identifying practical steps you can take right away. You won’t just be talking—you’ll start gaining insight and tools from the beginning.

If you’re coming in as a couple, we’ll focus on understanding your dynamic, slowing down unhelpful patterns, and creating a more productive way to communicate early on. My goal is for you to leave the first few sessions feeling understood, more hopeful, and with a clearer sense of direction.
