Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I see really good people get in tough situations. I applaud your willingness to consider therapy, the first step is often the most difficult!

I’m a licensed psychologist with 17 years of doctorate level experience helping people improve their functioning and enjoy life. Clients often describe me as collaborative, down-to-earth, and solution-focused, and I work hard to make therapy feel both supportive and effective. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, whole-person approach to better living, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic—I look at the full picture of your health, habits, emotions, and daily stressors so we can understand what’s really driving your symptoms. I draw heavily on evidence-based treatments like CBT, ACT, and CBT-Insomnia, but I always tailor the work to what feels practical and doable for you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to start a process that allows you to feel comfortable and understood, which will translate into treatment goals that make sense to you. We will enter into a conversation that looks at your situation from a variety of angles to allow a holistic approach.
