Great to meet you!

Introduction

I have a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate their mental health journeys. I offer virtual therapy sessions, making it convenient for you to receive support from the comfort of your own space. Fluent in both English and Swahili.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is eclectic, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused approaches, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I believe in the power of a supportive, caring, and compassionate therapeutic relationship. My focus is on identifying your strengths and helping you overcome obstacles in your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my focus is on helping you feel comfortable and supported. I understand that starting therapy can bring a mix of emotions—hope, curiosity, or uncertainty. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can share openly. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and your goals.
