Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds.

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and individualized. I understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I work with each client to identify their needs, strengths, and goals while developing strategies they can use in everyday life. I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of creating meaningful and lasting change.

I have experience supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, anger, relationship and family concerns, ADHD, self-esteem, grief, and major life transitions. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and EMDR, when appropriate.

As a therapist, my goal is not to judge you or tell you how to live your life. My role is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward becoming the person you want to be. Whether you are experiencing a difficult period in your life or simply know that something needs to change, we can work together to determine your next steps.
