Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here.Life can feel heavy when grief, anxiety, or old patterns keep you stuck. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal and grow. With years of experience and a mindful approach, I’ll walk alongside you as you build the life you truly want. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

  • Therapeutic Approach: I combine Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), insight-oriented therapy, and Buddhist psychology to help clients build resilience and self-awareness.
  • Specialties: I work with people facing depression, anxiety, grief, co-dependency, inner-child healing, and those impacted by addiction or dysfunction in their family systems.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about your background and what matters most to you right now. I’ll listen to your concerns and learn what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that will guide your journey toward healing and growth.

This is your time to ask questions and decide if I’m the right fit for you—because finding the right therapist is an important step in your process.
