Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Tim Shreve and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW). I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families in the hospital and child welfare setting. I've helped people overcome their anxiety, improve depressed feelings, and find the motivation they have been lacking.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help process and move through emotions that are troubling, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create goals for where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

I try to create a safe and welcoming environment that is unbiased and judgement free. I want to ensure I am meeting you where you are at by listening and learning what you want to gain from therapy. Then we work together and how we can achieve that by setting small goals that will build to where you want to be.
