Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, providing telehealth therapy to clients across the state. I came to private practice after years working in a clinical setting, and I bring that same grounded, thoughtful presence to every session. I genuinely believe that finding the right fit with a therapist matters, I'm here to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start.

My approach to therapy

I believe change comes from engaging in different thought patterns, different behavior and healthy life choices. Change comes to people in many different ways, I will work to help you find how change can come to you.

What you can expect from me

Our time together will begin with a get to know you, to gain an understanding of what your goals are for our time together. We will review the treatment guidelines and agreements and hopefully answer any questions you may have about therapy.
