Great to meet you!

It's OK to not be OK. "Hot Mess Express" is the new norm. Give yourself permission to 1.) Speak YOUR truth and 2.) Own YOUR shit. I'm here to remind you that you are a good person who deserves good things.

I work with women who are struggling to manage the stress of grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, work-life balance, caring for a loved one, etc.

I specialize in women in need of professional support while navigating infertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I try to always assume positive intent and value authentic personal connection. Therapy isn't about me - it's about you. It's not my job to judge or prove you wrong or stand in the way of your success. I want to meet you where you are and give you a boost in the direction you want to go. We don't have to share interests or beliefs to work together. Regardless of your circumstances, I want to listen and I want to help.

What you can expect from me

I'm not into formality, wasting time, and walking on eggshells. My vibe is your best friend's cool older sister - I'm here as a guide and a resource. I will call you on your BS and celebrate even the smallest wins. I'll always ask before giving suggestions and I believe you can do hard things, recognize your patterns, and advocate for yourself - but you don't need to do it alone!
