Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care in a supportive and judgment-free environment. My approach is collaborative and personalized, taking time to understand your symptoms, life experiences, medical history, and treatment goals before developing a plan together.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, PMDD, postpartum concerns, and emotional symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. Treatment may include medication management, education, lifestyle recommendations, and brief supportive or motivational therapy.

My style is warm, attentive, and straightforward. I want you to feel heard, understand your treatment options, and feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is to help you find a treatment plan that feels manageable, effective, and aligned with your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take time to understand your symptoms, experiences, medical history, and personal goals so we can create a treatment plan together. I combine evidence-based medication management with education, supportive therapy, and practical lifestyle strategies. I want you to feel heard, informed, and comfortable asking questions throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take time to discuss what brought you to care, your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand the full picture and may review possible diagnoses and treatment options with you. By the end of the visit, we will work together to create a personalized plan, which may include medication, supportive therapy, education, lifestyle strategies, or additional evaluation. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next steps.
