Great to meet you!

I have a Doctorate and Master's in Counseling, emphasizing Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. I'm a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation and Addictions Counselor and a Licensed Counselor in multiple states. I've worked with diverse populations, addressing issues such as domestic violence, trafficking, addictions, and trauma. I'm committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I believe in the prevention, intervention, and stabilization of mental health and addiction issues.

My approach to therapy

I take a multicultural approach to counseling, utilizing integrative theories such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Client-Centered Therapy. These approaches allow me to address the needs of my clients by incorporating strategies that focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, motivation enhancement, and creating a supportive therapeutic environment.

I provide comprehensive and personalized care that meets your needs. This is your journey I just walk alongside you.
