Great to meet you!

If you're an adult with anxiety, trauma, or ADHD, you've probably tried hard to manage it on your own. You may look high-functioning from the outside and still feel worn down by looping thoughts, reactions that seem out of proportion, or panic that doesn't make sense. The problem usually isn't your coping skills. It's what's underneath them, and that's what we'll work on together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative but not passive. I listen closely, and I'll also say what I notice and ask the harder questions, kindly but directly, because insight is where change starts, not where it ends. I use EMDR, IFS, ACT, and trauma-focused CBT to help you process what happened, calm an overloaded nervous system, and change how you respond when the old pattern shows up.

What you can expect from me

Mostly, I'll ask questions: what's been happening, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different. You don't need to have it figured out or share everything at once. By the end, I'll tell you what I'm noticing and where I'd suggest we start, and we'll decide together whether we're a good fit. Most people leave with a clearer picture of their patterns and what the work will look like.
