Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel stuck in anxiety, trauma responses, or ADHD patterns despite trying to manage on their own. Many of my clients are high-functioning but exhausted by looping thoughts, emotional reactivity, or panic that doesn’t make sense. My role is active and collaborative—I help you understand what’s driving these patterns and how to change them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, trauma-informed, and focused on meaningful progress. I use EMDR, IFS, ACT, and trauma-focused CBT to help clients process past experiences, reduce nervous-system overload, and regain a sense of control. Therapy is not just supportive—it’s purposeful and goal-directed.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on clarity and direction. We’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, what you want to change, and whether we’re a good fit. Most clients leave with a clearer understanding of their patterns and a plan for moving forward.
