Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background in nursing, mental health, and whole-person care. My approach is collaborative, practical, and patient-centered. I work with clients to better understand their symptoms, identify patterns, and create treatment plans that support emotional stability, daily functioning, and long-term wellness.

I have a strong interest in anxiety, depression, mood concerns, trauma-informed care, psychiatric medication management, and the connection between mental health, metabolic health, and lifestyle. I value open communication and shared decision-making, and I aim to create a respectful, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood.

My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, informed, and equipped to move forward in their care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want clients to feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the start. I take time to understand what you are experiencing, what has worked or not worked before, and what matters most to you. Together, we create a treatment plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your life. My goal is to help you feel more stable, confident, and empowered in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you and understand what you’ve been carrying. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what life has been feeling like lately, your symptoms, your history, and what you’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask questions, but it won’t feel like an interrogation. We’ll move at a comfortable pace and start building a plan together that feels realistic and supportive for you.
