My unique counseling style and approach is best described as warm, energetic and very eclectic. It is also a combination of empathy and authenticity as I am a firm believer of meeting people where they are. My unique approach , combines cognitive-behavioral, realistic, humanistic, psychodynamic, brief solution focused and client centered counseling approaches, among many others utilized when deemed appropriate to meet your unique needs.
