Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Tirrany, LCPC, a curious and empathy-led therapist with 15+ years of experience in higher education, social justice, and mental wellness. I provide culturally-attuned virtual therapy to adults using a blended approach, including narrative therapy, mind-body (somatic healing), acceptance and commitment, and liberation psychotherapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your emotions, reconnect with your intuition, and reclaim your sense of purpose. Whether you’re navigating work-related stress, grief, burnout, or the weight of oppressive systems, I’m here to walk beside you. My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and shaped by years of global work honoring marginalized identities.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you but empowering you to thrive. Let’s start where you are.

What you can expect from our first session

You’ll gain deeper self-awareness and emotional resilience, learning to trust your intuition and set boundaries that honor your needs. Our work will help you communicate more authentically in relationships, process trauma with care, and reconnect with your sense of purpose—all within a space that celebrates your identity and lived experience.
