Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 14 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals across a variety of settings. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University. My professional experience includes work in educational settings, vocational rehabilitation, corrections, services for homeless military veterans, and adolescent-focused programs. These diverse experiences allow me to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and teen/adolescent issues. What matters most to me is that clients leave each session feeling heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can share deeply personal thoughts and feelings, explore challenges openly, and feel genuinely seen—sometimes for the first time.

What you can expect from me

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply trying to figure out what comes next. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, gain new perspective, and move forward on your own path toward wellness. For clients who are looking to grow and create meaningful change, therapy can be "a safe place to land while figuring out your next steps."
