Great to meet you!

My biggest strengths are my Authenticity/real-ness and lack of pretense. You will find that curiosity and compassion lead my questions and discussions. I am often humbled by the things I learn from other people. I am inspired by acts of courage and creativity. These are easy to spot, if you are looking for them. I know that we all need reminders of the many things we do well. Oftentimes people already have solutions for what they are facing; they just need reminders that they are not alone.

My approach to therapy

I am a Narrative therapist. I am empathetic, compassionate and curious. I often find great strengths in people when their anxiety, depression, or the world around them seem to discount their super powers. Everyone has super powers.

What you can expect from me

That someone is listening and wants to help. That change is indeed possible.
