Great to meet you!

Accepting new patients! I’m a dual-board certified PMHNP/FNP. I provide medication management as well as supportive psychotherapy for patients 6+, to assist with finding relief of symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, sleep, OCD, PTSD, perinatal issues, psychosis, and more. I know how debilitating mental health issues can be. If you’re suffering or feel overwhelmed, please reach out. I strive to make mental health care easy for you with visits from the comfort of your own home

My approach to therapy

A comprehensive diagnostic psychiatric evaluation/history and medical evaluation/history is the first step in providing adequate care for those with mental health problems/issues. Initial appointments generally last approximately one hour. At the end of the eval, we'll work together to develop a treatment plan that addresses any concerns you may have regarding your mental health. Followup will take place 4-6 weeks after to evaluate the treatment plan and to ensure there are no complications.

What you can expect from me

I provide an open, non-judgmental, compassionate, and warm environment. I want each and every patient to know their concerns are being addressed. Using an evidenced based treatment plan, it is my goal to ensure that each patient leaves with a renewed sense of hope whether it be with therapy and/or medication management.
