Great to meet you!

Greetings. I am honored to have the opportunity to support you in accomplishing your dreams and reaching your goals using my clinical skills and experience as a (LMFT) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience with individuals, couples, groups, and families.

My approach to therapy

During these years, I have had the privilege to work with people as young as 3 years and more than 70 years of age with different types of life and mental health challenges. I have tons of experience working with family and relational issues, LGBTQ, trauma, self-worth, depression, anxiety, motivation, personal growth, career development, academic and academic success. I have worked in private practice, group homes, schools, community and military facilities.

What you can expect from me
