Great to meet you!

I believe in empowering individuals to overcome the challenges they face--whether relational, emotional, or cognitive. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and equipped with the tools to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic-based interventions. By blending these approaches, I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I view healing through a holistic lens, considering the whole person--mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will explore the interconnected aspects of your life, including relationships, family dynamics, work-life balance, physical health, and spiritual well-being, to foster growth, resilience, and wholeness.
