Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor and I recognize the profound privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate emotional pain. Drawing from many years of experience, I weave warm, compassionate guidance with proven therapeutic techniques, creating a safe space where you can share your concerns freely in a non-judgmental, empathetic, and caring environment.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with adults and couples, providing compassionate support to individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship difficulties, and mood disorders. My specialized training also extends to working with the senior population, addressing their unique concerns related to the aging process. With clinical expertise, I am dedicated to ensuring that each client receives care that is tailored to their needs, always grounded in empathy and understanding.

My approach is enriched by additional training in a range of evidence-based therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, and Strategic Trauma and Abuse Recovery, Life Review Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. As a graduate of Liberty University, I am happy to integrate Christian-Biblical principles into counseling upon request, supporting holistic healing and personal values.

What you can expect from me

I believe that every individual has the capacity to learn new and more effective ways to cope with life’s challenges. Collaborating closely with my clients, I develop treatment strategies that are uniquely suited to their needs and goals. Whatever your struggle, my mission in counseling is simple: to empower you to live according to your values and experience an abundant, fulfilling life.
