Great to meet you!

With a nursing career spanning since 2008, I have dedicated over 15 years to understanding the complexities of patient care. After earning my Master’s Degree in 2021, I transitioned into advanced psychiatric practice in 2022. Having served in both fast-paced inpatient units and collaborative outpatient clinics, I offer a well-rounded perspective on mental health. My background allows me to blend clinical expertise with a deeply rooted compassion for the human experience.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental wellness is more than just managing symptoms; it’s about uncovering the "why." My approach is holistic and collaborative—I don’t just prescribe; I listen. By addressing the root causes of distress, we work together to build an individualized treatment plan that respects your unique journey.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, so my priority is to make our first meeting feel safe, grounded, and nurturing. During our initial session, we will:

  • Discuss your history and current concerns in a judgment-free space.
  • Identify your personal goals for treatment.
  • Begin crafting a roadmap for your healing, ensuring you leave feeling empowered and heard.
