Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Tonia Webster, and I have 20+ years of experience in the mental health field, and 18+ years of experience working with individuals struggling with complex trauma. My approach is eclectic but driven from a holistic and cognitive behavioral model. In my practice, I look at the whole person and not simply the trauma or crisis in which steered you in my direction. Together, we will address what may be holding you back from living and not just surviving.

My approach to therapy

From a person centered and strength based approach, I believe that we have untapped strength and resilience in we can utilize to live our best life.

I am comfortable working with both youth and adults. I am a certified clinical trauma specialist with an extensive background in trauma informed care. Additionally, I have a certification in integrative mental health treatment that helps me tap into a more holistic approach to addressing various issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and more.

What you can expect from me

There is no straight road, but rather hills and valleys and different seasons of change that I would love to help you navigate through in order to achieve your goals. This starts with providing a safe and professional relationship to assist you with overcoming the fears or road bumps in life that may be holding you back. I am here to assist you with this journey.
