I believe that counseling is my purpose in life. I have over 15 years of behavioral health experience. I acquired a master’s in counseling from Webster University. I am a Certified Veteran and Military (CVMHP). Mental Health Professional I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I attended Arizona State University (ASU) and obtained a Doctorate in Behavioral Health (DBH) in 2021.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in various areas my preferred therapeutic modalities consist of Existential therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT and grief. I am also, EMDR trained.
