Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am fully licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C. I’m currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education.

I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal. I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey.

I take a client-centered and strengths-based approach, meaning I meet you where you are and honor your unique experiences, values, and goals. I view therapy as a partnership—we work together to explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting connection. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any background you’d like to share at your own pace.

I’ll also review confidentiality, answer any questions, and explain how sessions typically work. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—this is your space, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
