Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome. I’m truly honored to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I believe we all have the strength to change, and sometimes we just need the right support to help us move forward.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, each with their own unique stories, challenges, and hopes. Whether you’re navigating a difficult chapter, searching for clarity, or striving for personal growth, I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

I approach this work with deep respect for the courage it takes to reach out. I believe meaningful change happens when empathy and commitment come together, and that’s where our work begins.

My approach to therapy

I strive to offer treatment approaches that are tailored to each client's unique needs and experiences. My extensive education and formal training in the counseling field have prepared me to apply interventions that support meaningful, lasting change.

In my work, I draw from a variety of approaches that help guide individuals and families toward healthier perspectives and more balanced lives. Some of the methods I often use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Structural Family Therapy (SFT), depending on what best supports each person’s goals.

My goal is always to meet you where you are and to walk with you toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable throughout the therapeutic process. I hold professionalism and confidentiality in the highest regard because I know how important trust is in this work.

I also believe that knowing what to expect from counseling can bring a sense of peace and clarity. My goal is to help restore hope and open the door to meaningful, positive change. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, always focusing on what matters most in your life.
