Great to meet you!

I hold a Masters degree in Social Work and have pursued specialized training in various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), internal family system, and disordered eating recovery.

With nine years of experience as a licensed clinician, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, and school-based therapy. My journey has not only shaped my professional identity but also deepened my understanding of the challenges many individuals face.

I've worked extensively in crisis intervention, and in outpatient therapy, where I've supported individuals in ongoing healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, where the therapeutic connection is foundational.

Therapy can be a collaborative process. I work closely with you to identify your goals and empower you to take an active role in your healing.

My role is to create a safe, collaborative and supportive space that fosters trust and openness and the aim is to equip you with practical skills and coping strategies that you can apply in your daily life.

I utilize a combination of evidence-based practices, including ACT, radical acceptance , and IFS. A trauma-focused lens allows me to address underlying issues while promoting resilience and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your history, concerns, and goals. This helps me tailor my approach to best meet your needs.

I prioritize creating a safe space - evening virtually - for you to share your experiences. Building trust is essential, and I’m committed to making you feel heard, seen and understood.

Together, we’ll identify specific goals for therapy. I encourage you to share what you hope to achieve, ensuring our work is aligned with your aspirations.

I’ll provide an overview of my therapeutic approach and what you can expect in future sessions. This includes discussing confidentiality, session structure, and any relevant policies.

Throughout, please feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have. Your comfort and trust are my top priorities, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
