Great to meet you!

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to be here. I’ve been in practice for over 10 years, and throughout that time I’ve learned that healing looks different for everyone. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I approach each person with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for their lived experience.

You don’t have to go through things alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, healing, and self-connection.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic therapeutic style, guided by a person-centered foundation—meaning our work together will be tailored to your needs, your pace, and what feels most supportive for you. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, stress, relationship challenges, or ongoing life transitions, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is simply helping you feel comfortable and settled. I’ll share a little bit about myself, and then I’ll invite you to share whatever feels easy for you—maybe a hobby you enjoy, a pet you love, or a small fun fact. It doesn’t have to be about why you’re here unless you want it to be.

If you’d prefer to start by talking about what’s bringing you to therapy, that’s always an option too. This is your space, and we’ll move in the direction that feels safest and most supportive for you.
