Great to meet you!

I got into counseling through my work in childhood education and crisis intervention, where I saw how important support can be during stressful and changing times in life. Everyone brings their own story, strengths, and experiences into therapy. Therapy works best when it feels comfortable and collaborative. I will work with you to create a space that feels supportive and focused on what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy starts with a strong, trusting relationship. Before anything else, it’s important to feel comfortable, understood, and at ease. I want to get to know you! Therapy can be a space for growth and change and also a place to connect, feel human, and even laugh along the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about what brings you in, but we’ll mostly just have a conversation and go at your pace. You’re welcome to share whatever feels comfortable, and we can also talk through any questions you have about therapy or how I work. My goal is for it to feel relaxed, supportive, and to see if it feels like a good fit for you.
