Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist in New Hampshire working with teens, adults, and older adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and caregiver fatigue. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I show up to each session with genuine curiosity about who you are and what actually helps you. Expect humor, flexibility, and a process that adapts to you. You don't have to have it figured out before we start.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy starts with a strong, trusting relationship. Before anything else, it’s important to feel comfortable, understood, and at ease. I want to get to know you! Therapy can be a space for growth and change and also a place to connect, feel human, and even laugh along the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you in, what's felt most challenging, and what you've tried before but there's no pressure to have all the answers ready. I want you to leave the first session feeling like therapy is actually something that could work for you, not just another thing on the to-do list. If we feel like a good fit, we'll build a plan from there.
