I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in community-based services, hospitals, and outpatient therapy settings. I specialize in working with adolescents (13+) and adults, with a focus on supporting Black and Brown communities through culturally affirming care. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and cultivate the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges and thrive as your authentic self.

My approach is holistic and culturally responsive—addressing the mind, body, and soul—while also tending to the deeper roots. I integrate evidence-based practices within a compassionate, client-centered framework.
