Great to meet you!

I have a heart to nurture, respond and support people through their emotions and life experiences. While the overall passion is helping people, I specifically find that aiding others in sorting through their relationships in their lives (romantic, familial, professional, etc) not only helps them grow, but ultimately it grows me as well. I look forward to the opportunity to help you explore and develop your “best self."

My approach to therapy

By taking out the time to navigate and process through all of the emotions, thoughts and experiences inside, I am able to help you build and develop sustainable relationships, with self and others.

What you can expect from me

It is not the easiest thing to be vulnerable and share your innermost thoughts/feelings/experiences with someone else. That is understandable. I also know that doing it alone makes it even more challenging. Allow us to help safeguard your heart and experiences with you while also guiding you from point A to point B.
