Great to meet you!

I’m Tosha Lindsey, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland (License #LC11041), and the founder of Peace by Piece Healing—a practice rooted in the belief that self-love grows through self-awareness and acceptance.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from Johns Hopkins University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, co-occurring disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma, anger, and low self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, and Positive Psychology. I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and strengths, whether you're an adult looking for clarity and coping strategies, or a child needing support in expressing and processing emotions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where you feel heard, empowered, and supported on your journey toward healing and growth. I truly believe that every step you take—no matter how small—is meaningful, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim your peace.

If you're ready to begin, I’m here and ready to support you. Schedule a session today!
