Dr. Francis is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a minor in business administration. She also graduated from, Adelphi University’s MSW program and Capella University, with a PhD in psychology. Dr. Francis is considered a workplace mental health scientist.
