I have extensive experience as a Clinical Social Worker, providing mental health services to individuals, children, and families by using Evidence-Based Treatment modalities. I hold an MSW in Social Work from Howard University and a certificate in Co-Occurring Disorders.

I offer a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy. I use a variety of evidence based modalities such as CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to assist clients in managing stressors while supporting processing and working through challenges.

As your therapist, I will help you develop goals and strategies to manage difficult feelings and frustrations, and increase your self-understanding and acceptance. I aim to provide a safe place to listen and understand my clients in an environment that is focused on healing with the use of supportive techniques.
