Great to meet you!

It’s Great To Meet You

Hi, I’m Tosin Addeh. With over 18 years in the medical field, I’ve developed a deep clinical foundation, a compassionate ear, and a collaborative spirit shaped by years of working across multidisciplinary teams. I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Certified Integrative Psychiatric Provider (CIPP). I help individuals navigate their mental health with a holistic approach that combines the science of modern psychiatry with the wisdom of integrative care, and I enjoy helping people get relief from anxiety and panic attacks using a holistic route. I also treat other mental health challenges across the life span.

My journey began in 2007 at a Level I trauma hospital in Houston, Texas, where I started as a Registered nurse.

In 2014, I transitioned into the hospital’s Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit, where I cared for patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries. This experience deepened my fascination with the human brain and planted the early seeds of my psychiatric path.

In 2023, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and became board-certified in psychiatric-mental health nursing.

My approach to therapy

As both a PMHNP-BC and a Certified Integrative Psychiatric Provider (CIPP), I offer care that considers the whole person, not just symptoms. My treatment blends traditional psychiatric methods with holistic and functional approaches, including lifestyle, nutrition, mind-body practices, and supportive medication management when needed. My goal is to help you uncover the root causes of distress and restore balance—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

What you can expect from me

What You Can Expect from Sessions with Me

When you work with me, you can expect more than just medication management—you’ll experience a compassionate, collaborative, and personalized approach to mental wellness. Each session is a safe space where we’ll explore not just symptoms, but the why behind them.

Here’s what you’ll take away from our time together:

  • Clarity around your mental health symptoms and what’s driving them
  • A tailored treatment plan that may include medication, holistic strategies, or both
  • Education on how your brain, body, and lifestyle interact to impact your mental health
  • Tools for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and grounding
  • Support in exploring root causes—not just symptom relief
  • Empowerment to make informed decisions about your care
  • Practical, integrative strategies you can use daily for long-term wellness

My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood—and to walk with you as you build a life of balance, clarity, and emotional strength.
