Hello and welcome. My name is Tosin, and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field. At Life Mental Health, PLLC, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, psychosis, anxiety, and depression. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs. I also provide medication-assisted treatment, including buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can achieve recovery, emotional wellness, and lasting stability.
