Hi, I’m Tovon, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist based in Durham, North Carolina. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s transitions, heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and pursue emotional and spiritual wellness.
I bring a warm, authentic, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My style is a balance of supportive listening and solution-focused guidance.
