My approach to therapy

I believe in establishing rapport with my clients by providing empathetic, culturally sensitive counseling as they confront the issues they’re dealing with. My therapeutic approach is integrative, encompassing person-centered therapy (PCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based therapies.
