Great to meet you!

Couples who call me say they've drifted apart, feel more like roommates, and affection has stopped. Ineffective patterns of communication prevent them from reaching to each other. The magic in their relationship has died and the dance has ended. Individuals who call me say they are exhausted, discouraged, and dissatisfied with life. Old thoughts and behaviors continue to negatively impact who they are, what they want to accomplish, and their relationships. They too, have lost the meaning and magic of life. Healthy relationships, whether with yourself or others, are key to a happy, satisfying, life and keeping the magic going.

My approach to therapy

Unhealthy patterns of communication block us from feeling seen, heard, and loved. Getting stuck in old thoughts and behaviors block us from being true to ourselves and having satisfying relationships with our partner, friends, and family members. Exploring the blocks and creating new patterns of communication bring the magic and dance back to our lives.

What you can expect from me

Maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself or others can be hard and confusing and yet so important. We can try our best and yet nothing seems to work. Let's work together to understand and change what is blocking you from having healthy relationships. Let's work together to restore the meaning and magic to your life so the dance begins anew.
