Great to meet you!

I offer a non-judgmental and informal presence to assist my clients in reaching their therapy goals. My sessions are conversational. I often hear that time in sessions fly by and often don’t “feel like therapy.” I create a safe space for my clients to discuss their most intimate thoughts and feelings while also offering opportunities to laugh and build rapport.

My approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered approach. Individuals present with similar issues but everyone has different needs. I listen and work together with my clients to develop strategies that are useful and relevant to them. I utilize evidenced based approaches in therapy that consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-focused approaches.

What you can expect from me

I strive to help all clients walk away with more tools to assist with the challenges they presented with. Clients can expect to feel increased understanding of their experiences and clarity on what they can and can not control.
