Great to meet you!

Just a little about me...I have been a social worker for 15 years. I graduated with my Masters degree from the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!). For over a decade I have worked with teens, adults, and families to find new and improved ways of living. I have experience providing support for those struggling with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life changes, traumatic experiences/trauma, parenting, family conflict, divorce, blending families, and marriage conflicts.

My approach to therapy

I strive to provide therapy that is tailored to each person's needs and focuses on their unique strengths. I want to create a place of trust and openness that allows for people to explore themselves and be open to change.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, you can expect to feel support, encouragement and a place to discuss your feelings and experiences without judgement. You will be challenged to define what is most important to you and to take the steps you identify to reach your goals.
