Great to meet you!

I consider myself to be a mentor, with the ability to create positive relationships with all looking for guidance. I am open and direct with a move-forward approach. The biggest thing I want to get across is that you are not alone in your fight. This is the time for you to make a giant leap forward in your life. I specialize in OCD, PTSD and anxiety with over 15 years of experience helping others reach their goals.

My approach to therapy

I am open, direct and will push you to focus on your goals. While talk therapy is helpful, my approach requires work and homework to help build positive habits and a move forward approach with life.

What you can expect from me

Creating a treatment plan with specific goals is key. Each session we will evaluate the goals and create new homework to help you push towards the life you dream to live.
