Great to meet you!
Maybe you have been through things that are difficult to talk about, even with the people closest to you. Maybe you are carrying the effects of experiences that happened years ago, grieving a loss, struggling with relationships or family, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. You may not know exactly what you need yet. You may simply know that you don’t want to keep feeling this way. Wherever you are right now, you don’t have to find your way forward alone.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 16 years of experience, with much of my career dedicated to helping people heal from trauma. I have worked extensively with survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other complex traumatic experiences. My background also includes working with incarcerated and justice-involved individuals and people navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.
I work with individuals experiencing PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and other mental health challenges. I also help people navigate grief and loss, difficult family relationships, family estrangement, major life changes, and those times when you may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.
I welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I have experience supporting transgender and gender-diverse individuals, including those navigating gender dysphoria, and believe everyone deserves to have their identity and experiences treated with respect and acceptance. I also have extensive experience with crisis intervention and supporting people experiencing suicidal thoughts or significant emotional distress.
Wherever you are right now, you don’t have to find your way forward alone. Together, we can focus on what matters most to you and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
