Hello, my name is Tracy, I feel empathetic toward people who struggle in life and compassionate in working toward creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely accepted while also being gently supported to grow and move forward at their own pace.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, life transitions, and a wide range of adjustment challenges. Whether you’re navigating a major life change, feeling overwhelmed by daily stress, or carrying long-standing emotional pain, I aim to meet you where you are and help you make sense of what you’re going through.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in care. Together, we work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also developing practical tools to help you cope more effectively and improve your quality of life.
