Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience working in both outpatient and residential treatment settings. I currently serve in a clinical leadership role, where I oversee therapeutic programming and support adolescents with complex emotional and behavioral needs. In addition to my leadership work, I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions.

I am trained in EMDR and use trauma-informed, attachment-focused approaches to help clients identify and shift negative core beliefs, process unresolved experiences, and build healthier emotional and relational patterns. Much of my work focuses on anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, self-worth concerns, people-pleasing patterns, and relationship dynamics.

I have a special passion for supporting teenage girls and young women as they develop confidence, boundaries, and emotional resilience. At the same time, I welcome clients of all genders who are seeking meaningful growth and lasting change.

Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and grounded. I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive — a place where you are deeply understood while also challenged to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented. I believe lasting change happens when clients feel both emotionally safe and gently challenged to grow.

I integrate EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and cognitive and nervous system regulation strategies to help clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns. Together, we identify negative core beliefs, process unresolved experiences, and build practical tools for managing anxiety, improving relationships, and strengthening self-worth.

Therapy with me is not just about talking through problems — it is about creating measurable progress. We focus on insight, skill-building, and meaningful shifts that extend beyond the therapy room.

I strive to create a space that feels supportive, respectful, and grounded. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and aligned with who they truly want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, relevant background information, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You will not be expected to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My goal during the first session is to understand your story, identify initial goals, and begin outlining a plan that feels clear and collaborative.

You will also have time to ask questions about the therapy process and share what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. By the end of our first meeting, you can expect to leave with a better understanding of next steps and a sense of direction for our work together.
