Great to meet you!

Happy to meet you!

I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 11 years. I have shifted my focus from children to adults 19+ over the past 5 years and work primarily with individuals struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I believe brain health is important and contributes greatly to overall satisfaction in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is focused on meeting individuals where they are at in their personal therapy journey. I tailor my approach to my client's needs to the best of my ability. Therapy is a challenging process, but I am here to listen and support you through it.

What you can expect from me

The first session we will spend building rapport, but also begin collaborating on your goals and expectations for therapy. You can expect the security and support necessary to sharing your experiences every single session.
