Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I’m trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I focus on helping clients better understand their patterns, regulate emotions, and build practical tools they can use in everyday life. My approach is supportive but direct, we’ll work together to create real, meaningful change, not just talk about the same problems each week. My goal is to help you feel more in control, more confident, and better equipped to handle whatever comes your way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and focused on real change. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck and develop tools to manage thoughts, emotions, and stress more effectively. Sessions are active and goal-oriented, we’ll identify what’s not working, build skills to address it, and apply them in your daily life. I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable being honest, while also challenging you when needed so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you want to change. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your experiences, patterns, and goals, while also helping you start to make sense of what’s been going on. You can expect a supportive, comfortable environment where you don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll also begin introducing a few practical tools or strategies you can start using right away, so you leave the session with some direction and a better sense of where we’re headed.
