Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins when people feel heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your experiences at your own pace. I understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you during that journey.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe emotional wellness is about more than reducing symptoms—it’s about restoring balance, building resilience, and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy because every person’s story is unique.

I integrate evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuropsychotherapy, the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), and the Matrix Model. By combining neuroscience with proven therapeutic techniques, I help clients better understand how the brain responds to trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and addiction while developing practical skills that promote healing and lasting change.

My focus is on helping you recognize your strengths, overcome barriers, and find a healthier balance in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, your strengths, and what you hope to accomplish. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, respected, and hopeful. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that is personalized to your goals while building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel supported every step of the way as we work toward greater healing, resilience, and balance
