Great to meet you!

As a complex trauma survivor, I believe healing starts with a safe place where you can be authentic, experience safety, and feel understood and seen. I specialize in complex trauma (C-PTSD), gender dysphoria, religious and spiritual trauma, narcissistic abuse, and sexual trauma. I often work with clients who feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with self-doubt, or experience dissociation or parts of self that feel overwhelming or hard to understand.

I have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including transgender individuals at any stage of identity or transition, as well as those recovering from harmful relationships or high-control environments.

My work includes parts-based approaches (such as IFS and work with dissociation/DID) to help clients build self-understanding, internal stability, and trust. I also work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen connection and repair trust.

I have a long history of work in mental health with almost a decade of clinical experience and aim to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported in your healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and adapted to your needs. I draw from ACT, IFS, and EFT to help you understand patterns, work with different parts of yourself, and build tools to manage thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Some sessions may focus on deeper processing, while others focus on coping skills or current stressors. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore honestly, without judgment, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. This allows therapy to be a place where you build confidence, get to know yourself and all your parts better, and move into alignment with peace, joy, and meaning that resonates with you personally.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. You can expect a low-pressure, conversational space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important right now, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I may ask questions about your background, relationships, and current challenges, but you are always in control of what you share and at what pace. We’ll also begin identifying what might be most helpful moving forward, whether that’s building coping skills, understanding patterns, working with parts of yourself, or processing past experiences.
